I’m ready for a ride. Based on what I’m seeing this motor may be more reliable than the demon 170 as well! Plus u can row through the gears ! Those tail lights look killer man I love the turn signals!
This motor is literally BULLETPROOF. 2000+ WHP capable so I’m not even scratching the surface
Time to add bigger brakes. And maybe a 2009 plus front bumper to get rid of the Ram head.
I actually have SRT Brembo takeoffs and spindles I need to put on just need time. And I have been considering a front end as well!
Wild that mustang is offering an 800hp ride for 50k.
What great times we live in to have factory offerings with those HP numbers! Dont forget that this car makes almost 1400 at the tire on full kill…… that’s 1650 crank horsepower! So wild!

I went with a 396 stroker with a procharger and 100% agree with you guys going 426. After all the money spent I should've gone 426 but I'm still happy. Great job on the build 👏🏾

Yeah I love the Mighty Mouse catch can! These platforms are so good to work on and they respond so well to power mods. This whipple continues to amaze me. I took this car out yesterday and really got on it and when I was done and back at the house…. I could put my hand directly on the blower lid and it was still cool to the touch! Crazy how good they are with addressing heat soak! I turn a lot of wrenches myself but I’m definitely no pro 😊 thanks for watching!
glad you said it because these demon prices have to be the most absurd prices for dodge i have seen for a none v10 viper.... let that sink in you can buy a rare ACR/GT viper that retains its value and or raises due to no more production ....FOR CHEAPER purchase than a demon170 if you add in the insurance and dealer markups. I cant really judge too many buyers because i did buy a c8 z06 lmao but its cheaper and havent lost to a demon at the track yet or on the mexico streets in any of my corvettes. All because they either baby it or its extremely inconsistent with the tractions or transmission shift points. I wish i could have ran one in my old hellcat because I honestly think mines was faster and definitely more reliable with consistency with FBO, ported the blower got a 75shot and was god for mexico or roll races. Track times were in the high 9s but i feel it was extremely consistent than what I see from demons. When a demon works yes its insane but ..... if you cant get that to happen at least 60% of the time id say its not to much of a accomplishment in my personal opinion respectfully.

You won’t regret it if you go that route. It’s just so easy to make power with a stroker motor in these cars…… I’m only on 16 lbs of boost making 1050 to the tire! You’ll need to plan for a better clutch. We tried stock Hellcat clutches and kept smoking them. Thanks for watching!
What you have done is awesome, but every part of that interior can be modified just like Vettes can, and this stuff aint no joke. Again, you can do a RED/BLACK carbon fiber interior that takes these cars to a completely different level of LUXURY. Of course its worth it because it blows factory out of the water. Just my input.

This thing is sick dude. I was at 623 wheel in my blue one when I decided it was to fast for an RT lol. I can't even imagine how intense this is.
I don't even usually like black, I've always been a fan of the brighter colors, but it looks very clean. I even think I want to powder coat my bronze SRT wheels like yours in that dark graphite.
On yours it looks a lot better than the bronze does on mine.

I forgot to ask, can you still get access to your ecu with the hotchkiss sway bar? Or do you have to pull it to tune?
Thank you so very much! This is THE STUFF we dreamt of as kids! I love every minute of it! The graphite color is “Cadillac Grey” and it has a clear coat over it. Looks amazing in the sun. Yes I can get to ECU with sway bar on just have to pull it up towards cowl. Thanks for the kind words!
Badass build man! My first full build car was my 2014 SRT Challenger. Fully loaded every option 6.4L 392 manual, orange with dual black stripes. I even got the upgraded black chrome vapor SRT wheels. Got the 900 watt Harmon Kardon radio with the 2 factory subwoofers in the spare tire wheel well area under the carpet. Then they came out with the Hellcat the next year lol. Still a nice car though and has good power for NA. First mod I did was SLP Loudmouth stainless steel exhaust. I wouldn’t even drive it until it had the exhaust. Sounds awesome on the car too. Still have it in the garage, 9k miles on it... 9k hard miles lol.
I absolutely LOVE the SLP loudmouth exhaust!! I have used them on MANY mustangs and have their stickers all over my tool box HAHA!
9k miles since 2014 couldn’t have been that hard…gotta at least enjoy it

I only broke even on demon msrp because i paid a shop to assemble it. ~1200whp procharged route for better mpg because ill stay out of boost for the most part.

Twin turbos are the way to go.

After you did your work did you just take the car to them? Was the engine out already and they installed all of this monster? I wanna do this!! Just want to know the details if your price is drop off with no motor or tranny and pick it up ready? My wife wanted a demon but price and failure I’d love to do this so she can keep up with my old 69Roadrunner and have her dream.

That’s the cost for EVERYTHING….. I dropped it off and then they handed me the keys when done and tuned. Those prices and the receipts include labor and everything…… only thing that wasn’t listed on there was the Mantic Billet Triple disc clutch but I mentioned the cost in the video. Those prices are them doing the swap…….. it’s pretty easy honestly since we bought the crate motor and just sent the 5.7 in for core. Everything was ordered and just dropped right in…… transmission was already built by my friend who owned it previously and that was probably around $4k he said but all those receipts and the total I mentioned in video was me not doing anything other than LOTS of cleaning and all the exterior mods, seats, etc. If you are ANYWHERE NEAR Atlanta, GA you HAVE to contact Injected Engineering man….. they are AWESOME! Ask for Haden and tell him I sent you. He will take good care of you!

Thanks Gary! What most folks don’t understand is that to make 1050 at the tire that’s 1200 crank…… and when we were making almost 1400 to the tire that’s 1650 to the crank! Assuming the standard 15% drive train loss for manual transmission. INSANE

Brembo upgrade incoming from SRT take off. I don’t ever run it where I would depend on the RT brakes to stop it over and over……. They will definitely stop it where I run it…… long pulls with long runs. But yes I have a take off set of SRT Brembos that are going on very soon. Thanks for watching and commenting

If you keep your right foot in check you would NEVER know it had this much power! Ice cold AC and stereo upgrades and it’s a GREAT cruiser/driver car. I could easily daily driver this with ZERO issues or concerns! Thanks for watching and thanks for your question

You could do EXACTLY this build with ANY year. I just got the 2009 after the 5.7 went kaput and figured…… I want a demon but I don’t want to spend stupid money for it……. Called up my guys at Injected Engineering and the rest is history. They have even done these builds on trackhawks, durangos, jeep, LOL. It will work on any year Challenger or Charger. Automatic or Manual. Doesn’t matter. You can do this exact same build 😊
Could even ship to them if not local. Call em up and ask for Haden and tell them I sent you 678-449-6871. Just talk it over and see if it’s something you would be interested in. Dont even have to go as wild as I did but they will 100% take good care of you!

Never been tuned for 93 octane. Built with E85 in mind for the start
