Listen Omar is TIRED. He said, that's really cute about the smile Jalon, but I cannot relate 😂😂😂 As a mom of 2, I definitely remember being right where he is! Omar my best advice is this - take the damn shower. One thing I found myself saying is this - just because the baby is crying, doesn't mean he's dying. Sometimes babies just cry, even after you've fed them, changed them, and held them. It can make you feel helpless sometimes, but guess what? A shower will make you feel better and give you the energy to get back in there! So might as well! You and Candice got this! Rooting for yall.

I had to come from Spotify to tell y'all how refreshing it is to hear men speak like this. I know this podcast is men talk, but as a woman who wants marriage and family I tune in to learn certain characteristics and habits to look for in a man who also wants those things. Thank you gentlemen for being examples. Also, the part about being held accountable by the presence and example of the friends around you hits hard and lets me know I'm not necessarily wrong for considering a man's friends and relationship with his friends when deciding if we'd be a good fit!

LOVED the story time.. wish we could see the bts. Jalon dad got me cracking up ! My unpopular opinion on large weddings is that they start to feel more about your guest than the bride/groom so I agree that it’s not the best investment, but hey, if you got it then go for it !
Jalon walking through his big moment literally made me cry happy tears for them. Congratulations!! Omar the trenches are super tough, but it does get better over time ! With my youngest , the only way he would sleep is if he was sleeping on my chest and that was the only way I got sleep as well.
