Springy Bones Tutorial (Redo)

Sorry it took so long to get out PUPSTARZ I just didn't feel like my first two Recordings were good. I tried my best to make it understandable and as detailed as I could. I hope this helps anyone who is wanting to use this add-on.
I am still not the best at tutorials.

Finally! I can use springy bones (Despite knowing everything about modeling and animating I suck at that)

Remember to click:
only selected bones
Visual keying
Clear constraints
And overwrite current action
(So It will bake into the current animation and not make a new animation)
