What age can you go over for the scholarship and how do you get an income do you need to get a side job or ?
From 18, and a lot of people don't work but you can get jobs on campus and sometimes off campus depending on your visa

Yes, you can play at the college level and after college you can try playing for a semi pro team in USL or UPSL.
