can’t imagine the work put into this... my mind is blown
It looks simultaneously easy and incredible difficult
As an experienced Irish dancer, I can tell you this is insanely difficult. Also, they must've worked incredibly hard to get that good, and I'm so impressed!! That takes a lot of dedication.
I can't even fathom the talent and dedication of all involved in this production! Truly brilliant!
Most of these dancers likely were not even born when Riverdance was performed as the interval act at Eurovision 1994, with Jean Butler and Michael Flatley as the leads. Amazing the staying power of the Riverdance show and the worldwide spinoffs, including Flatley's extravaganzas, Celtic Thunder, Celtic Woman, and the like. What a boon for Irish dancing, music, and culture.
Why is this so satisfying
Probably because their moving in sync, wearing tap shoes and dancing on a wooden floor
Because it is pure perfection, timeless music and beauty, longing for the past, youth, fellowship - masculin and feminin artists. And magic (maybe)
And they look like they're having so much fun. Why wouldn't you though performing to the wonderful music. Simply stunning.
I watched the first Riverdance and am so thankful to see it still going. You all have unmatched talent and dedication.
