I'd like to thank everyone for their kind comments and concerns, been a bit of a rough patch but I think things are smoothing out, hope things are well for all ya'll out there!
I don't know if this channel is still active, but I really love this telling of the lore and I hope to see more. Rather than a player with a microphone, I love that this is coming from the perspective of an in-universe denizen of Norrath who is sharing her findings like an anthropologist or tour guide, only breaking character when it serves the humor of the piece. This coverage of older zones has me exploring places I haven't been in years, and appreciating the game for it's vibes rather than just crunching numbers and grasping for pixels. I've always been curious about the story behind Velketor's lab, for one!
I hope you start making classic EQ lore videos again at some point. Loved the channel and need more of this content in my life. Either way, hope you are well.
I just found these videos and have spent the last day binging them. They're really well produced. I hope to see them return someday. Maybe with the story of Kithikor
Just as mother and father hang waiting in the shaft, so have we been awaiting the return of another video exploring the true terror that lies in the lore.
Fantastic video, great channel and content. Absolutely adore your narration and your editing is phenomenal for what you have to work with! I have never played EQ, just watched people stream. Keep up the stellar work!
Edit: This is awesome, thanks for sharing since i didn't know why they even existed! You can view Mistmoore and his Drachnids in the Saltmines 500 years before the events of EQ1 on my channel, titled Episode 6, Salty spiders and Vampires. Just for those who want to see a glimpse of what they looked like during the age of adventure/frontier age.
I once ran from a train of Drolvarg in Karnor’s Castle, only to smash into another train of Drachnid in the Dreadlands. My luck is not the best. Great story. Keep them coming!
Just the other day my cousin and I were talking about Drachnids and Scorpikis and wondering where they came from just for me to find out you released a video all about Drachnids. Wish I ran into it sooner so I could have one upped him in EQ lore for once.
If you take suggestions, Zebuxoruk or Mayong. Two of my favorites. The lore of EQ is incredibly vast and unfortunately difficult to find a complete catalogue. I thank you for your service in assisting those lost and looking for lore from the good old days.
As always, these videos are wonderfully put together with imagery, narration and editing. Never played EQ but I love listening to these all the same, the glimpse into EQ lore via the dark elf persona is fun!
Your vids are awesome! I have always loved the EQ lore. Some of the best in gaming. I still pop into EQ now and then to run through all the memories. I look forward to more from you.
I've been watching a lot of old Yu-Gi-Oh stuff lately and that Polymerization card gave me a hearty chuckle. xD Great video! I'll always remember the drachnids as those things that made trips to LoIO terrifying. Even waiting till higher levels to get revenge on them, they can be quite deadly.
What is it about the Elves that entices malevolent entites to make twisted mockeries of them as a slight against their benevolent gods... Bonus points if spiders are involved.
Nice! I always thought the Drachnids were interesting. I don't know a ton of lore about Nagafen and Sol A/B. I've been to Najena like...twice. I basically stuck to Faydwer until it wasn't reasonable, then went to Kunark/Velious. Skipped a lot of the classic zones on Antonica.
Assuming you aren't against moving past Velious, might ya talk about Luclin a bit at some point? Forexample. What's the deal with Seru? I know he's allegedly an inquisitor of some sort, but don't know what of. What does my mans believe in? What about the Vah Shir? I thought they were against writing stuff down on paper, but then they got libraries? I might remember that one wrong, but I feel like I remember them being averse to writing stuff down for some reason
Hopefully she will return someday soon! ;-; She has by far the best EverQuest lore videos, and there are so many mysteries of this world still to be discovered.
I'd like to thank everyone for their kind comments and concerns, been a bit of a rough patch but I think things are smoothing out, hope things are well for all ya'll out there!
Happy to hear you are doing better
Narrator: But things did not smooth out.
Yah know I have been wondering what happened to the iksar emperor Atreeb
Let’s hope to hear from you again.

"I once ran from a train" man... out of context this is hilarious. . . heck IN context it's hilarious. Trains ftw!

In d&d they're called Driver but they're every bit as deferent thralls to their demented master.
Drider (a fusion of the words Drow and Spider)
@@ladyabaxa i didn't mean to write driver ^^
