- Xcaret Arte is an immersive and enchanting artistic experience located within the heart of the Riviera Maya in Mexico. Set against the backdrop of the lush jungle and azure waters of the Caribbean Sea, Xcaret Arte invites visitors to delve into the world of Mexican art, culture, and craftsmanship in a truly captivating way.
Unlike traditional museums, Xcaret Arte is a living workshop that brings the creative process to life. As you explore the expansive grounds, you'll encounter talented artisans practicing traditional Mexican arts and crafts such as painting, sculpture, pottery, and textile weaving. These skilled artisans are not just creators; they are also storytellers, sharing the rich cultural history and significance behind each art form.
Guests have the opportunity to participate in hands-on workshops, learning the techniques passed down through generations. Whether you're trying your hand at crafting intricate ceramics or painting vibrant traditional designs, the experience fosters a deep appreciation for the craftsmanship that defines Mexican art.
The setting itself is a work of art. The lush surroundings provide an immersive atmosphere where nature and creativity seamlessly blend. Amidst the tropical foliage, you'll find open-air studios, vibrant murals, and intricate sculptures that pay homage to Mexico's diverse artistic heritage.
Xcaret Arte is not just an artistic enclave; it's also a culinary and cultural journey. Visitors can savor traditional Mexican cuisine and delight in live performances that showcase the country's rich folklore and music. The fusion of flavors, sights, and sounds creates an unforgettable experience that celebrates the essence of Mexico.
For those seeking an escape into the world of art and culture, Xcaret Arte offers an unparalleled opportunity to connect with the soul of Mexico. It's a place where creativity is nurtured, traditions are preserved, and the beauty of Mexican artistry comes to life in a breathtaking and immersive way.
Additionally, 6 restaurants (Cayuco, Arenal, Mercado, Tah Xido, Chino Poblano and Xaak) provide plenty of dining options included with your stay (excluding Xaak). Enjoy a private saltwater river, multiple pools, wet bars and poolside service. There's so much to do that a quick 7 day trip to Xcaret Arte won't cover it all!

My wife and I just spent 8 days for our wedding anniversary here......absolutely stunning. It was the best vacation we ever had. We even became members of the resort and look forward to coming back in 2024 and for years to come after. It's worth every freaking dollar.
Awesome! And congrats on the anniversary!
Everything shown with culture and nature combine really makes it amazing. Kodus to the artists and the people behind its evolution. I agree such a place might take longer than 7 days to explore. Great sharing.
Thanks!
Absolutely stunning. This is definitely on my bucket list and it's not as expensive as I thought. One week for my wife and I would only be around 8000USD total.
That’s pretty expensive when you compare it to the median income of families at around 60k lol
Yeah it’s on the pricey side but worth it in my opinion, especially if you can get a deal
Best showing yet 👍
Thank you!
Wonderful place and footage!👌👍
I loved seeing this paradise! It's already on our list.😊
Good video and good sharing.
Greetings from Portugal 🇵🇹
Thank you!
Me gusto mucho tu video! Voy en Mayo 2023 y con tu video ya me doy una idea de donde se ubica cada cosa. Gracias por compartir ❤
You’re welcome!
That beach area is so beautiful!
It’s nice! A bit rocky but still plenty to do
I loved your video. Makes me feel like I’m there. Thank you. I wish you could do the same with the parks.
Thanks! Maybe one day
Love the video. Thank you very much.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Will be there in 7 weeks. Can't wait!
When you get there make reservations for the restaurants, and try the tiramisu at
CAYUCO
Stephen we will be there at that time as well
Restaurant reservations are a must at least 2 weeks in advance (they fill up quick). But avoid Xaak, you have to pay extra per person and the food there is terrible
@@GoTravelTours when I went I did rsvp the 2nd day I arrived, and went to all restaurants and were free at the time. One month after opening, maybe that’s why…
@@GoTravelTours 2 weeks in advance
that's crazy.. it is so expense to be dealing w res.. no way jose
Great video, thank you !!
Thank you
Exellent video !!!!!
Thank you very much!
great video! really help make my choice....now for the room selection
Glad I could help! I would say just book a regular room, no need for swim up (the swim up doesn't lead to anything and we only used it once). Even the cheapest room here looks nice and you'll spend your days outside of the room anyways.
😎 I going too during the summer I can’t wait!!! Was your trip very fun!?😋😛😝
Phenomenal video tour, and forgot to get the fitness workout room.
I didn’t realize there was one!
Thanks for the great videos,, we have this resort on our list but we're a little skeptical. Keep up the good work,, How was your over all experience there ?
Overall excellent! The one thing I would avoid is the restaurant they want you to pay for: Xaak. The food there was definitely not worth it, especially when every other restaurant has better food and is all included.
Vladi. What kind of camera did you use to film this video. It’s amazing
Hi! Just an iPhone 13 Pro and a stabilizer
Do Xcaret México next for us who can’t travel without the kiddos!
Would love to!
@vladi - Do you mind me asking what type of camera you use for vlogging? The view is absolutely amazing!
Hi! This was filmed on an iPhone 13 Pro with a DJI stabilizer
What time of day did you film this? there’s hardly anybody else outside & this resort is almost always full. 🏖
I believe this was around 8 in the morning!
@@GoTravelTours Thank you. Good video. We were just there and book this resort a lot.
Thanks for asking. I was wondering the same thing .
Great video! Was the massage room a vip cabin or standard?
This was just a standard room!
What equipment did you use to film this? Cameras and Lense. Picture perfect!!
Just an iPhone 13 Pro and a DJI OM1 stabilizer!
I’m going there 11/2023
Cheryl can you help with company book the hotel, I'm looking xcaret art 1000 night x 2 person sound expensive.
I want to go may I'd you find cheaper than I tell you please share if you cqn thqnk
Have fun!
Was this in February? How was the weather around this time?!
It was overcast a bit but we had a few days of full sunshine. Heat was in the low 80s
Pregunta, como se llama el restaurante/bar que tenia las sillas como columpio?
Arenal!
Are you able to walk across to get to xcaret Mexico? And is it possible for xcaret Mexico adults to cross over to xcaret arte?
Yes! The area near the bridge that crosses the river is where you can get to Xcaret Mexico. As far as I know adults can walk over and enjoy the pools!
The upper beach trails are open to all guests of both hotels, however, as far as I can recall, only Casa Fuego guests from Xcaret Mexico are allowed to use restaurants from Xcaret Arte. I guess, it could have changed in the meantime, my information is from November 2021.
How long ago was this video taken??
Hi! This was in February 2022. All filmed on iPhone 13 Pro with a DJI stabilizer
@@GoTravelTours it appears not many masks on guests. What's the policy there?
@@jamienormandin1490 Naturally, masks are not required outdoors or in the pool/beach areas. Some restaurants are more strict than others, but mostly they're pretty fair. Most people remove masks as soon as they sit down. If I was ever asked to put one on, they provided one
I noticed red flag at beach. Is this a dangerous place to swim in ocean typically?
There is quite a bit of seaweed, but it’s a bit rocky and the waves can be rough
Are the pools and ocean warm in February? Thanks in advance.
Yes! And there were some winds that caused branches to fall into the pools but the staff are cleaning the entire time. Beaches were so-so, lots of sea kelp on the shore
@@GoTravelTours Thanks for the reply. When do You think is the best Month to visit the Xcaret Arte .
We really liked mid-February because it wasn’t too hot, it wasn’t very busy and the weather was still nice. Plus it was a little cheaper than usual
@@GoTravelTours Thank You!
Sounds like you left the waterproof case on the gopro and it muted the sounds alot. Otherwise, nice video an tour. We're going April 2022
Actually this was all filmed on an iPhone with a DJI gimbal! No sounds added, all coming straight from the filming
is hotel closed?? no guest arround
Filmed at 8am! Everyone was still sleeping :)
Just early in the day
are children allowed
No children allowed. There is a sister hotel right next door that is family friendly though
@@GoTravelTours thank you
Esperaba verlo con muchas manifestaciones de arte, pero no. Muchos pasillos y pasillos el mar lejos. Las albercas muy sin chiste. Poca gente, por excesivamente caro. Se ve poco personal para atender a huéspedes.
😊
No one can explain what and how much food and ALCOHOLIC drinks you get under the "all inclusive " booking.... any ideas? What do you acryally pay for....the park adventures and whatelse?
I haven’t seen a limit honestly. There’s multiple bars and restaurants and you freely walk in and out of them so there truly is no limit unless you just pass out haha.
@GoTravelTours that's awesome! I'm hoping to book in 2024. Hoping when we got it's not raining every day hahaha. Thank you!!!! Best video of the resort, by far!
Appreciate that, thank you!
place is empty
Yes this was early in the morning before it got busy!
@@GoTravelTours Can you still use the facilities at that time? Looks great!
