  • Take a listen at the President of Sierra Leone Julius Maada Bio urge the UN Security Council to grant Africa greater representation, including two permanent, veto-wielding seats, and additional two non-permanent member seats.
This was after a meeting that he organized on August 12th 2024 at the United Nations headquarters in New York, emphasizing that Africa's call for justice and equity must be addressed urgently, as he condemned the current, outdated structure of the UN Council as unfair and unrepresentative.
His remarks being echoed by the United Nations Secretary General Antonio Guterres who also faulted the current United Nations structure that he agrees is outdated and called on a fair representation of Africa.

No Afrcan divided country represented in the UN was deleberate and calulated for the continuation of keeping the neck on the knee and chocking the life of respurce out of Africa. This is also to keep us poor and begging and to keep us under control . That need to change now. 400 years of slavery is over

Afrika should not be seeking permanent seats at the UN. If anything Afrikan countries should be seeking to exit the organization enmasse.
The same way BRICS nations will be exiting the organization.
The insistence by stooges of remaining under globalist and neocolonial, subjugation is itself a threat to Afrikan lives..

Leaving the UN serves absolutely zero benefit right now. Maybe in a few decades

@@salj.5459 no leaving removes the stress of waiting for the organization to serve Afrikans while allowing for Afrikans to seek better solutions and alternatives.
The tree is no reason to remain.
BRICS will be exiting as well.
      UN dissolution is pending.
Or it can remain as western persons club..

@@BonsuBigWhale Leaving will reduce the chance for African states to voice their opinions on the world stage. No one is waiting for the UN to solve Africa's problems.
At this point in history, despite being a Western-dominated institution, the UN is not fully irrelevant. Unless the BRICS countries put together a separate UN-style organization, there is no need for African countries to leave. A *lot* of things are done through the UN, including many international treaties and legal frameworks. It can't just be abandoned so easily.
What is more likely to happen is that as BRICS gains more power, the UN will become more and more dominated by BRICS countries, mainly Russia and China. As Western countries become less relevant in funding the UN and if the Security Council is reformed, then the UN will slowly transition from a Western-puppet organization into a truly global and multipolar organization.

@@salj.5459 it is more likely for countries to choose a BRICS option, where there is more of an opportunity for a true equal footing, as well as protection, that it is to remain under a circumstance where the very sovereignty of member states can still be violated by Some UNSC permanent members, for decades.
      With absolute impunity.
While the others, apart from Russia, turned a blind eye of looked away…
We move forward towards true emancipation by pulling as far away from NWO agenda dominated Globalist institutions such as the UN, and into new international communities where our sovereign intersts are better served and protected. A multipolar option..
