I sat on sidelines today. I love these videos recaps!
Me too, a mediocre day.
100 💯 his honest outcomes are excellent love it
Thanks for sharing your losses. It’s so important
Thank you for sharing Ross
We will bounce back✌️
Have a wonderful weekend!
Today was a red day for me too, it was the chop! My first red day for the week, and stuck to stopping at my max loss. Tomorrow (Monday) is another trading day, let's stick to our rules!
yes it feels good to know we arent perfect but we can rebound easily
First figure out your days tomorrow is saturday
This week was a tough one! My opinion is the whole AMC/GME moves made things a bit wonky.
what? FFIE was a catalyst ... made almost 8k on GWAV
Why did GWAV pop up so much?
Dag on ross. Sorry for the red days. Learning alot from these recaps. Hope things improve next week. Keep ya head up an keep diggn. Thanks for all ya do
💯💯
hey man great content as a young dad at 21 trynna make it your videos help a lot
2nd green week for me. i started in march. ross's tools and vids have been awesome. up around $400 since i started. started with 10 shares and lately, i've been consistent. i made a couple of n00b mistakes with screwing up orders or i would be up even more. i don't trade on margin and have been building my cash account since late march. my intuition has been sharpened by watching these vids. by late summer, i hope to be well on my way to having a second career in case the job market continues to soften.
Sounds like my plan but you’re way ahead
Yes, good idea. I also wanna change to 10 shares.. dont want P&L influence my performance... look for consistency.
Thanks for sharing 🙏
Had one of my worst red days yet, $1300 loss. Absolutely heart wrenching. Failed to prep properly and take profits when I’m up!!!
Me too she moves fast it's scary
@@bobsam5982definitely, I thought it would bounce up. After I got out it went down another 30 percent
Thanks for everything Ross. Made $13 today and really respected my risk management thanks to you.
Tell me about FFIE, I'm down 6k on it. Waiting to see what happens on Monday and then. I'll see if I take the lost. I been at it for a month and so far they all been green days until yesterday so I feel your pain Ross.
Fridays always seem hard to trade. I'm way down too.
I read your book last week and would like to say thank you for making it so easy to understand.
I am working on just taking 1 to 20 shares at a time and I am learning to accept losses and walking away early. I had 3 green days this week of which profits were more than my red days. Thank you and keep posting video's.
there were tons of penny stocks gapping up today just garbage have a nice weekend! and thanks for the recaps!
Thank you Ross. I have learnt a lot from you. I trade anything from NVDA, META all blue chips and all the way down to penny stocks. If stock doesn’t work on the day, I swing trade, a day to two weeks
Good luck to you on Monday!! 👋🙂
Thank you for sharing your knowledage and trades daily, it really helps. I might not be the one to say it, but I try to play these pops once they make a dip or get to rs 30 on 1m to stay safe.
Go hard on LUCY!
Paper trading day 10: stock movement today was absolutely terrible, and I figured that was because of the AMC, GME, FFIE and other attention-grabbers. I couldn't force myself to trade on anything, but then decided to trade BNRG on break of $5.00. Wasn't a perfect bull flag, but close enough that I took the trade at 8:37 am. It went up a bit, but then started going down and down... I didn't even wait or it to drop below previous red candle's low (because it was quite far away) and exited at $4.69 for a $32 loss. In hindsight that saved me quite a few $$ in losses. If not for a Gamestop trade on Tuesday, this week would be red total.
Remember, historically, some of your best winning days come after big loses. Next week is green green green for you brother.
Thanks for the recap, Ross! I started the week off with 2 red days, dug myself mostly out of that hole Wednesday, got the rest of the way out Thursday with profit, had a tiny red day today and finishing the week green! Thanks for all the content and courses!
I'm kinda new to trading. You say uou got stopped out at 7:20, do you mean stop loss played out? Or you got out yourself? Because as far as I know, you can set stop loss only during open market?
thanks for the lesson what charting sowftware you use.thanks(10seconds)chart
I feel your pain, buddy!! I'm down 30,000 because I was greedy. My losses were in AMC & GME. I pulled out of FFIE to play those other 2. I'm disappointed to, but there is still an opportunity in a bounce back in AMC & GME. There is tons of money being added to them and the hedge funds are going broke because Roaring Kitty is involved again 👍
What do you think about sticking to a strict percentage gain strategy? For example 10% gain or 5% loss and youre out for the day. As a new trader I am considering implementing a 10% daily goal. Maybe that is lofty but I feel like it is safer to aim for a consitent small gain then big swings.
Hey Ross, I know its not the right time to ask but for BNRG, I was trying to buy at the first micropull back which I think it was at 4 or something, which was well below 5, but I was insanely slow which I almost got filled at 5.03 (I almost got a stroke), so my only entry was at the 2nd pullback. May I ask if your first entry was also that micro pull back or the second one, if it was the 2nd one then what was the reason u didnt get in on the first one.
How do you approach other stock attention when your making a trade?
Same brother. And it was weird as I was super critical and didn’t really do anything wrong. Little cuts added up.
Same here Ross, no good trades since Wed & I gave back a little more than half of my profits from Mon, Tue, & from Wednesday which was my best day... but I needed this losing streak in order to implement a rule that I already had in mind for proper risk management on choppy days but prior to today, I did not consider giving that rule enough thought so I was not even using it. I could have stopped the bleeding way sooner in hind sight but I would consider these week end loses a short term draw down and a win for the long term in risk management.
Traded ffie today and remembered your advice, breakout or bailout. So I sold for a 10 cent winner and stopped for the day. Thank you Ross
All good coach. Next week we are going to be better.
I ended up making $.90 a share in my small account on FFIE today using your strategy. Got out at $3.59 before it dipped again. Thank you! Only regret is only buying 100 shares but I am still learning.
Ei Ross, been practicing hot keys but on pre market my prob is the limit order it's making me slow to execute I cant execute using market order. What can you advice?
Would you consider taking a larger opening position and scaling out where you are adding? Seems like this market has a lot of rejections.
Unsuccessful green day for me. Stopped out on that predictable FFIE flush at open, then when it held $2.3 and bounced, I hopped back in and ended up making it back and $12 extra. Problem is, I was at -$84 after the first trade, and my max loss is -$80. So broke my rule, but ended up green. Got poor grades in general in my journal. Honestly, I was too tired to trade and didn't know it. Gotta manage my schedule better.
Can you do a video on stock screener settings for those of us not using warrior trading? I struggle finding stocks to trade using the settings you've recommended. Higher float works.
I hope you keep uploading videos every day as I just started my trading
So far since Feb. I haven’t had any red day 🙏🏼 I been trying to control my loss and focus more on the profits.
It's being red week for me, but today was small red. Thank you Ross for the recap.
O man, your red days are always always my red days too and I don't understand why. I am so sorry my brother, I underwent the same situation today. I wish you all the best.
Geesh! 🫂
I was looking at it today like man what is going on then seeing how you did I don't feel so bad like oh even Ross is having a rough 2 days.
Had another rough week ross, these disappointments are beginning to mount up a bit. Good job it’s the weekend now, you’re be able to take a break and re-think your strategy. At least you kept to your limits and did not try to get any of it back, because as we all know, when you’re back is against the wall ross, that’s the time to walk away, comeback stronger next week. Been looking at some of your other videos ross and once I have studied them thou roughly, I will leave my comment as always. Have a good weekend then ross and I will chat with you soon.
Regards
Bill.
Appreciate the point of dispersed attention.
You have some resistance on 250 k😅
It's happen to me 3 days earlier, to optimist with the signal. Maybe a little fomo rush in
Decentralization matters; Revux potential is crucial.
Ross, why do you have a fixed number of shares (e.g.,5000) instead of calculating your share size relative to your entry price? For example, if I risk 5% of my account and will tolerate a 7% drop in price, my share size formula is: share size = 0.05*account size/ (entry price - (entry price*0. 93)) . Before placing a trade just pop in what you expect you'll get for an entry and you'll have roughly the same risk / potential gains in dollar terms with each trade, regardless of the price of the stock (1 dollar or 20). Hope this helps!
6:00 - 6:20 This is how they get you in the trap. I do hope they crack down on this. Traders need to watch out for this setup to flush and left holding the bag.
damn, i did good with FLJ today. turned 1k into 1250. ANd it all thanks to you and your videos Ross!
Presale strategy pays off: Loving Revux early entry!
I love seeing max losses just as much as max gains. This is 100 percent accurate. This week I make 1700 but on Friday I lost 100. It is what it is. You got to learn when to get out of things before it goes against your favor. The market will always be there! So what if you lost today. It means next week will give you bigger gains/opportunities. Keep losses smaller then your winnings and you will do fine.
It seems like you were adding to winners a bit late compared to normally when you're looking for that pop and offering out at some sort of par level. I am curious how well being up x dollars before sizing up would compare to the position being up x percent from entry price. Maybe that would translate better between pennies and mid caps but I guess it's more difficult to implement for a scalper.
I only trade large caps but it's funny to see that super choppy days such as today (OPEX) penny stocks also seem to have very choppy price action
So Ross you always mention level two why at that time big drop you can't see the level two at that time? So I am so confused how you can make it sure it will continue going up? For me just candle stick and experience other might be 50% gambling how to explain it ?
I just had a thought…. could you please discuss this…. When GameStop was in the news HEAVY a few days ago could that have possibly triggered every amateur trader to jump in the stock market and start making really random moves? And if so, with so many beginner traders jumping in the market for a few days after seeing what GameStop did could they be messing up the “patterns” and making the stock market much more unpredictable then usual… do you see any correlation between what I am saying and your “losing” days? You say more eyes on a stock make it move….. well more eyes on the market as a whole and many be beginner types could they be making things erratic?
Thanks Ross for sharing the reality of risk. I am a newbie and connected to your momentum strategy. Yesterday I did get in the right time and exit at the right time. Able to cover my loss and gain profit but play another round yet going down. Back to square one.... Fortunately not much loss
I have a question, i know there are circuit breakers to help keep volatility in check and have witnessed them many times. But yesterday CRKN jumped almost %1000 during the day and not one circuit breaker. Is that because it's a penny stock? If so I didn't realize penny stocks didn't have the same circuit breakers.
could you possibly stream your scanners as alot of people do not know how to or do not have access please do not if you get in trouble
Bullish on Revux partnerships, signaling a game-changer.
FLJ....in retrospect, you should have waited for it to break through of its previous high (and confirm the breakout with a retest) before adding to the position. It looks like it was a double top. One strategy when in a slump...once you hit your minimum gain (the first time), instead of adding to the position, immediately set a trail stop to lock in some gains. A dump that produces a $900 - $1K gain gives you a small win and sets you up for the next buy when it bounces. Tiny victories are crucial in trying to get back into the trading groove. Of course, vision is 20/20 when looking back.
Your disciplined even on your loss you got this 💯 love watching I made up for my month today but you know how it goes
Enjoy your content brother 100 love your honesty ❤️👍
traded DUO at the open.. halt up, sell half, halt down, continue down, sell the rest :( this week has been hard despite so many high gaining stocks!
Today my first day trading with full size and it was so weird. I did not take a single trade, everything popped and then flushed and went sideways in like 39 seconds. With a small account, I couldn’t risk it. Glad I decided to sit it out, trading with a small account really makes you dial in because the first trade has to be a win like you say! Been learning from you for 2 months, thanks for everything.
Complete newb here what platform does ross use for the candle charts?
Ross uses Day Trade Dash Charts: www.warriortrading.com/charts/
How did you know that ffie was in play days before friday? The only news i heard of ffie was on friday, 30 min after market opened
Ross love the video's but i could never play the 10s chart for me that thing is on crack and my commissions would be through the roof.
Maxed out my account on TANH and BNRG. Very upset I had. 08 cent FFIE sold at .75. days ago. But you taught me to think about tomorrow. Good red days!!!!
4:35 resistance need to be super careful
I should have sat on the sidelines, did lose a little bit of money even though some of the trades did well. Difficult market to trade right now.
Yeahhhh decided early that today was a no trade day lol. We'll be back up next week!
It was a rough one today for sure..the market didnt know what it wanted to do.
Max loss for me on Wednesday. Thursday was also red. I couldn't recoup the loss today so I finished the week red.
Definitely was a no trade for me. Had a great day yesterday and today I couldn’t seem to see any thing that was a good setup.
I lost big on AKAN. but made a bit of green on FFIE. Tiny positions as to prevent heavy losses
I got my first big green day, got in on CRKN at .07 and sold at .53 yesterday.
Monday and Tuesday, my funds were in transport to CMEG… missed all of the GME/AMC moves, had FOMO something terrible… just got my Sterling software today and was playing around in the simulator… happy I wasn’t live the last couple days… hitting the ground running on Monday!!
Today was feckin shite!!!!!!!!! Every stock was a fight, really chopy.
yea, hard to find entry, I got a ball dip on FFIE, got 20 cents. only 1 trade for today
There were not a lot of great trades that I saw in the morning,
But there was one really good one on FFIE (the breakout after open).
Actually, it was an easy day. Just got to know what to look for. ASTS was the play
@@1215DayTrading I don't think I saw ASTS on my scanner. The open looked good on it. We've probably all had days when we were watching something everyone else missed- that doesn't make a very good business model. It's a little rare.
@@robr4501 Yes, that looked like a good dip.
I picked FFIE for the "meme" yesterday at 1.62 hoping for a continuation today. Sold at 2.70. It peaked at almost 4 an hour later, but I'm happy with my little profit seeing as FFIE closed at 1.03. Quite a roller coaster.
Hey Ross today I couldn't short a lot of equaties, that's normal
I look at the VIX and the Nasdaq before making any trades. If the VIX % is positive & the IXIC is at zero or negative, no trades for me... Newbie, an all-around noob here, haven't figured out how to make money when the market is like that... any suggestions?
Cheers for the videos and being real about trading. I'm only a month into live trading forex, riding that break-even train on a $500 account. My 'last trade of the week', I was in a good place, and took on necessary risk on news with ordinary volume, greed and 3 x stop-outs gave back 'one good day's gains' to the market. Another lesson learned😉
I hit big on 0dte puts on PDD, hit on puts with FFIE had .04 average and sold for .30, my last hit was puts on UNH, then I took a few losses on FUTU puts, TSLA puts, and SPY calls, today was mostly flat, market at all time high for elections.
Kicking myself that I didn't sell FFIE at 50 cents and just held it.
What mf 😂 makes no sense
@@ThatGambitGuy 🤣
i made some money on FFIE , in simulator still proving my self to be green and it s works
Microcap stocks seem like quite a ride (never traded those before). Thousands up and down by the minute? Wow
Feel like there is a lot of distractions right now maybe because of the dollars value
I've been checking out your recent videos, and it looks like they're mostly about recapping the Red Days. While those are cool and we could take lessons from them but I hope you're not getting too caught up in just that topic.
He posts daily. If he had a few red days in a row he'll post it. If he has green weeks in a row he'll post that too.
Exciting times ahead - Revux impact is undeniable!
I got caught in the pre market for FLJ. I decided to hold it till it filled the gap on the daily and avg down from 1.02 and to .77 when I bought at .71.
I caught the entire move and sold my high cost shares for 1.68 and the lower cost shares for 2.02
Sorry man, yesterday was my max loss day. Today I walked away green, was green yesterday and just gave it back. Made poor decisions and almost put me red for the week. Still recovering from when I first started holding losing stocks like 6 total and last week I dumped them all with like a 6k loss. SO... lesson learned will be into next month before I actually break back even. So today was a rehab day get green and go home basically, which made me green for the week. Hang in there man next week will be a great one!
My gosh Ross every time, i wanna watch something, you are announcing that you have red day, but thank you for sharing :)
Do you still stream live trades in the morning?
Yes, in the Warrior Trading Live Trading and Chat room.
what program do you use for trading?
he uses lightspeed, i do too iz very nize
I’m red this week because I was greedy and didn’t take my profits. And the meme trade week definitely made the week feel off I guess.
Dumped ffie for 1.8k. Everything’s gone. Doing research now to try to fix my losses and actually learn something
I had my worst two red days and lost over $300 on an account less than $1000. I got in on two stocks that got haulted that really screwed me.
In general I avoid Fridays like the plague.
Friday is buy day traditional lower look it up your 💯
@@user-gc9qj3io8s .. Not in the Tech stocks .. look that up.
I want to know where do you see if the orders of others are filled. Is it specific to your brokerage platform? Neither Robinhood nor INKR don’t show if orders fill. That is why it is so confusing. You see a lot of sell orders but price is going up and vice versa.
Ross uses Lightspeed for his broker. Lightspeed: www.warriortrading.com/lightspeed-trading-review/
Do you ever wonder if giving away your secrets is allowing the market to turn against you? BNRG news got me, where did the buyers go? Company had no revenue.....
