One hundred years today the world witnessed possibly the most appalling example of man's inhumanity to man..The battle of the Somme .. Hundreds of thousands were boysmerely teenagers ..We must reflect on this today as we figure out the future we desire for our future generations .. This is a tribute to my Grandfather..who fought and lived through the horror that was the great War.. Lest we Forget xx

My 1st cousin 4x removed was also a soldier in the St Helens Pals 11th battalion. Corporal Harry Preston, he was just 18 when he died from wounds sustained in no mans land, he was shot in the arm leg and faced, but didn't died until a day or so later. I am sure he was pictured in one of the versions of your video before.
