To my knowledge the urethane is to be baked @ 200° for half an hour ( I'm more certain about the temperature than about the timespan they are supposed to be baked in the special oven)

Nah epoxy urethanes cure at room temp via exothermic reactions.

gblaneyful learn how to make a sand cast mold. Probly need to be a two part mold. Honestly dont even waste your time cuz aluminium does not grind well
