Everything looks amazing.. Netflix has a couple of fireplace scenes at the moment.. they run for about an hour and you actually watch the wood burn down, it’s very relaxing watching a wood fireplace with the A/C on high lol

30 degrees outside with the "fireplace " on - that's an Aussie Christmas - the apartment looks fantastic so far, can't wait to see the tree . TK Max is def your kryptonite
Yes! You know you're in Australia when you have a fireplace on the TV screen and the air conditioning blasting at the same time LOL. Particularly around Halloween and Christmas I visit TK Maxx a lot. Your Christmas decor is so festive, you really have an eye for styling and decor. I'm going to attempt to decorate this year- a miniature tree and some item's that can go up high, so the cat's won't be able to destroy them. Watching your video's get me in the spirit for the holidays! ♥️

Looove!!! I put my christmas stuff up on the 6th November haaha but need to add more - your house looks amazing! I also have some christmas lights outside in the backyard which make me happy (i say its all for my kids haaha but really it’s all for me 🙊)

I don't agree with putting up Christmas decorations until maybe two weeks before Christmas, I love the build up , the adverts etc , and once we have all our presents done then it's time for the tree , I have birthdays in November so I think about that before Xmas shopping , but I guess if I lived on my own I would put them up 1st December , but I do what my family does 💜
Tradition is you put them up on Xmas Eve and then leave them up for the 12 days of Christmas ,
Christmas isn't just about gifts it's about family, having fun , eating way too much 😂 and as a Christian about the birth of Jesus
I love your vlog decorating videos. I wanted to start decorating this weekend for Xmas but my family were against it. My argument was we are away for a weeks holiday in Dec and we should enjoy the decorations longer. I did manage to pick up 2 matching gold reindeers from Lincraft last weekend and they are sitting out lol .... I do want to get a new front door wreath so maybe that will be this weekends job!

I've already decorated ...I couldn't wait! 😁 I struggle a little with snowflake and winter decor as Christmas decor since we're in summer and the I pull some of the baby it's cold outside stuff out during the Aussie winter so snowflakes remind me more of our cold winter days then Christmas but regardless, I just love your Christmas decor. It's so beautiful. You've got great taste hun! I really wish my local TKMaxx had better stock available. We don't get a lot of Christmas stock out here. Also, a petition for Bath and Bodyworks to have an online store website needs to happen! 😂
Heather I sort of feel the same too, but since I’ve never even seen snow, I don’t even associate it with winter - it’s just a magical Christmas thing LOL (love a flocked tree too, which is completely impractical in Australia). I got to a couple of TK Maxx stores but they definitely seem to show better stocked stores on their Insta. Maybe I need to travel further 🤷🏻♀️ Would love an online BBW store 🙌🏼 xx
@@RachaelJade Flocked trees are definitely beautiful though 🥰 ...I've seen a few "shop with me" videos of TJMaxx in America and noticed they had some cute Christmas stuff I so wish they stocked here. I've seen they have very cute sand "snowman" ornaments 🤩 and I'd love to find some cute, nicely coloured elf legs to put in one of the indoor pot plants. 😂

Yes I've seen that that is a tradition for some people. Each to their own but there is no way I could wait that long. I would need to leave the decorations up until February in that case LOL xx

I go to the Penrith and Mt Druitt stores as they are closest to me, however I have seen better stores via their instagram. I might have to travel a little further and see if I can find one. I find you have to pop in regularly as stuff goes in and out so quickly :) xx Rach
Oh and the cotton stem was actually from the flowers at my sister's wedding back in January. It basically lasts forever :)
