    I really appreciate you guys making this video and continuing to support software updates for older models. I have had my Leyzne Enhanced Super GPS for many years and these updates are so much better and easier than they used to be.

    I've been nothing but impressed by the flexibility and depth of fields with the Lezyne products. I've got a Super GPS, and it is incredible. Can't wait to start playing around with the new features!

    Great post and reminded me to check firmware.
    I have just purchased a Lezyne Cadence Sensor to go with my Lezyne Mega XL.
    I have been having a challenge pairing my Sensor to the Computer. I would love it if you could create a video re step by step.
    I get as far as the Computer scanning for the sensor but it just loops and never finds the sensor.

    I'm a lucky owner of mega xl and must say that wirh new app it's Perfect duet. Btw mega xl is the best navi I could imagine for my needs. Plastic could be more flexi, becouse after one fall my unit was cracker both front and back. But few drops of super glue and as good as new. Great job and great products. Thank you for this.

    I have been using Lezyne for a long time now. The only problem with this is that it is impossible to update the unit. Nothing that is shown on here works. My pc (and other I have tried) does not pick up the gps. Everything wotks fine, but the pc does not see the gps connected to the pc. I tried different computers and different cables. Nothing seems to work. I just never ever update the unit. Still running on the original software from 5 yeara ago

      Hi Sebate, we are currently evaluating this feature, but have no timeline for implementation.

    Parts of my routes include bike paths. Do I need to designate them as walking routes, to prevent routing to follow streets?

    Hi! 1. Do you plan to release also uptade to install via linux? I'm Ubuntu user and Mega XL, would also upgrade to the new version. 2. BTW is planned to upgrade Route Builder? It is hard to plan a trip via web browser. Thx.

    What map provider is used to generate the offline maps? In my area Apple and Google Maps are not detailed enough for off-road use, only Komoot provides maps detailed enough, which in turn uses OpenStreetMap. Do you also use OSM?

    Do you have to have the ally app open on your phone for the navigation to work on the unit?

    • @lezyne
      @lezyne  Před rokem +1

      You do not. Once your destination has been selected in the app and transferred to your GPS computer, you can put away your phone (or turn off completely) for the remainder of your ride.

    Can we import strava routes directly onto the GPS for turn by turn navigation?

    • @lezyne
      @lezyne  Před 2 lety

      Hi, we do not support importing Strava routes directly, but you can export the TCX from Strava, and upload it to GPS Root.

    What is the capacity of memory for maps? Is it enough for example for one medium size country?

    • @lezyne
      @lezyne  Před 2 lety

      Hello! Our system is not designed to have you download an entire country as a base map, but to load the maps you need to cover your route. This allows for the extended battery life our GPS is known for. Please visit support.lezyne.com to see how to manage maps and map files using the Ally+ app with our GPS devices.

    Does the auto reroute feature work on created routes?

    • @lezyne
      @lezyne  Před 2 lety +1

      Hello D G, the auto reroute feature works only on destination based routing, where the GPS Ally+ app makes the route. This is because a 'created route' was created to take a specific route/road, and this was due to avoid a specific road, need to pass water. We do not want to route you away from that. Cheers!

    Does the update apply also for the Mega C?

    • @lezyne
      @lezyne  Před 2 lety

      Yes, the update is applicable to all Y10 (2017) and newer devices.
