Agree with all your points. Govt need to work on improving the regulations. It seems like Govt is only interested in tax collection.

Basic facilities like roads, water supply, electricity, sewage disposal, local transport area basic things which should come first and then construction should start😮😮😮

Govt already knows this. There is nothing new in this video. But if they improved the facilities, then Gurgaon economy will go down. Let me explain, If they create metro network, then people will not buy cars, if they provide consistency in bus services, then people again will not buy cars and then govt will lose GST revenue. If they provide 24 hours electricity, then who will buy generators and invertors, then again GST revenue will go down. Gurgaon has high income paying people, so Govt thinks that they can pay extra if they need basic needs like water, electricity, transportation. This is why the GDP per capita of Gurgaon is very high. And Govt does not want to make Gurgaon a poor city. Its a well planned. Wohoever needs the basic things, you have to pay for everything, so that lots of people can get jobs to fullfill your basic needs.

Completely disagree with you on this...There are some social media influencers who are propagating this ideology which is completely wrong..

This video is an eye opener. Government needs to wake up from their sleep and begin doing their job more seriously!
