【Writtern Pattern】
Measure head
Chain for 20 inches/50 cm long
Chain 2 as turning chain and start double crochet
Continue double crochet back loop only until 11 inches/28cm wide (or half the length of your head measurements)
Slip stitch sides, turn inside out, fold brim, and you’re done😊

The part in the beginning where you use the bumps to do the next chain I'm not sure if it's a bumps or not
@@marianavalentina-jm7hw if it's easier you can crochet into the front of the chain. It it just my personal preference to work into the bumps:)

this video is super beginner friendly but even as a somewhat advanced crocheter your design is one of my favorite cat hat versions! i like the level of slouchiness and i think folding one large panel in half makes it turn out super clean and cute :) simplicity is just the best sometimes!
Let me be COMPLETELY honest, I fr did NOT think I was going to be able to make this. But you made this SO easy!!! Literally, I started with this project and I've never crocheted before. I didn't even bother to check how to yarn over pull through and all. But you explained it so well! Awesome thanks so much 💗❤️
I did this and I’ve been crocheting for almost 5 months now and I could say that, this is one of the most easiest tutorials to do if you want to really improve on your tension, and working with pieces like these. I’ve got it done within 3-4 days! (4-5 hours) :) looks really cute

this tutorial was so good! this was the first crochet project i did and i instantly made another one after! i learnt how to control the tension well since with my test pieces i kept making the chains way too tight making the whole thing more into a triangle 😂 i got confused on the slipstitches on the first beanie but the second one i figured it out. i'm definitely going to make more with this pattern, i already have a yarn waiting for the next one 😅 thank you so much!

I made a similar cat beanie recently! Here are some things I did to make it look better:
• after making it you can’t see the cat ears as well and the placement is wrong so in order to “excentuate” the ears you can:
-easy way: flip it inside out, use a safety pin to connect the two ends at the top of the beanie where you want the cat ears to start from. Flip it inside out again and then wear it.
-long-lasting way: sew the circumference of the beanie together and leave behind the corners you want the cat ears to be.
