- Here is our final visit of the year to Crich Tramway Village and yet another great day at the national tramway museum. 3 trams were in operation including Metropolitan 331, Sheffield 74 and Sheffield 510. The depots, workshop and exhibition hall were also open with plenty of interesting things to see inside!
A special thanks to some of the crews at Crich for arranging a guided tour of the cab of prototype 'Feltham' Tram, Metropolitan 331, it was an incredible experience and something I will always remember!

Fantastic video! I was the relief conductor on the day, basically giving the other conductors breaks during the day. You captured me a couple of times on the video like your last shot of 74 at Victoria Park.

Double decker buses on rails, isn't that something?
Yes that's kind of the idea behind the tram I suppose, trolley buses are similar to trams in the way that they get their power from overhead wires but are actually the same as buses too as they use conventional road tyres. Very interesting types of traction are buses, trolley buses and trams. Thanks for commenting!
