I'm pretty sure the scene they were talking about at the start was when J2 swapped the "pUDDING!" scene.. Could be wrong, but I know this also happened. As it was supposed to be Sam's line, and (practically) scene but we ALL new it was made for Dean.

Rip, a film union would go to town suing the show runner since it is highly illegal to have an actor recite lines whilst driving. Since it is just as, if not more dangerous than talking on the phone whilst driving.
