Homily 5th Sunday of Easter Yr B; Remain in The Vine to do the Work of God

Jesus tells us, we are to remain in Him, the Eternal Vine, in order to bear much fruit. The fruits that I want us to consider are the works of God, we to do the works of God. Only when we remain in Jesus we can be enabled to do the works of God. Two areas I want us to be concerned about: the salvation and sanctification of the family, and the living in the truth. In order to journey well in the Easter Season and beyond, we must have concern to work with Jesus and for Jesus in order to bring Him to our world today.

Live the abundant life ..we need to keep the COMMANDMENTS. Live lives patterned to the teachings of Jesus..Remain in Jesus to do the work of God..into the FAMILY..SANCTIFICATION of the family 👪...Be in church ⛪ and receive the sacraments.
