Make your own.
In the UK EU and in US the full fat milk is Pasturized.
Heat the milk.
Allow to cool.
Then add the live sample of your favourite yogurt.
Keep it near the Heater or near boiler.
In less than 24 hours you will get thick curd.

We see outside post peeling or cleaning they directly slice on oil pan. Give a right idea sir if they out in tissue paper like your idea how many days they will take something wrong in your chips making .. may be you are not giving a right idea
