I've been listening a lot to Morales and Victoria these days, and I think it's fair to say they were among the greatest composers of the XVI century. It's a pity they are not so known as Josquin and Palestrina - especially Morales whose polyphonic music is just shattering, as can be heard in this absolutely marvellous interpretation. Thank you.
Música Temprana is just amazing. I think anything they conduct will turn out magnificent. Cristóbal de Morales work were masterpieces. Thank you for posting this performance.
