I have a question I got a asus laptop is there a way to hard reset like when you do it to a phone with power and volume buttons I'm new to laptops and need it for future reference I got the asus flip 14 2 in 1 from Walmart with ryzen 5 and I love it
@@asus_support Hi ASUS, recently a friend of mine is experiencing a weird issue with a x570 gaming plus motherboard. We can't access the BIOS at all, splash screen is skipped, without any storage with OS, we get a display port assignation message, but then no video signal, we tried booting without the CMOS battery to manually set the clock and stuff, nothing we couldn't see it. When booting up, it skips directly into the OS, and doesn't give splash screen. This happened randomly without changing any settings. We tried disabling fast boot from windows options, it did nothing. We just can't access to the BIOS and we can't use another bootable USB drive to format windows.
@@asus_support Yes the motherboard is that, plus, no this thing happened a random day, the HDMI display port was receiving signal, there was just nothing calling the video signal to display something. First we've only had windows working, without being able to get BIOS splash screen, then windows stopped working, and we couldn't do anything at all. we just couldn't have access to it in any way, from F2 key, from advanced reboot, by forcing reboot and get into BIOS by cmd, there was nothing that worked.
Hi @@fab_81 Do you mean it doesn't occur every boot? and if there is no bios splash screen, it cannot boot into windows? Do you use graphics card? Whether connecting to display port or HDMI, did it still occur?

If it still the same, may I have the screenshot or video about Tru2Life and splendid not working?
@@asus_support my bios version is 309 And I removed asus system control interface and installed again and then I installed splendid too But still it is same , I even tried after reinstalling my asus But nothing happened 😶

Is the complete model name TUF GAMING X570-PLUS? Do you use graphics card? Did it occur while connecting HDMI?
