Eric Vetro, host of Backstage Pass, is the celebrity vocal coach to stars such as Ariana Grande, Shawn Mendes, John Legend, Camila Cabello, Katy Perry, Rita Ora, Chloe x Halle, Juanes, and Rosalia as well as the lead singers from bands like Haim, Weezer, Incubus and Muse. He has trained A-list actors for the movie musicals La La Land, Chicago, Judy, Mary Poppins Returns, Hairspray, Beauty and the Beast, Eurovision, In The Heights and Cinderella as well as the new releases Dear Evan Hansen, Tick Tick…Boom!, and Disney’s Encanto. This is so validating. It’s really comforting to know that celebrities feel the same way I do during singing lessons and it’s good to know that it’s possible to get over those anxieties and eventually get to a place where I won’t be worried about sounding perfect all the time.
