    to be fair, a house that small in Japan would cost so much! its one of the most densely populated countries in the world. so to all the people saying that football players are motivated by money (which they are) don't feel sorry for rugby players because they are still rich!

    @z0mgrugbyreturns - Japan is tight on space so apartments are small. This is on the bigger, more expensive end of the scale. Plus he's a big unit so makes in look small...

    best example of the difference in rugby to football. Take at the area around twickenham and look how nice it is. then have a look at wembley. Look at private schools they purposely don't play football because they see it as a poor mans sport. every person in the world cares about money. they only ones who don't are the people born into wealth they will probably never lose. haskell should try growing up on an estate with nothing and then well see mate

    oh I wasn't for one second saying they wasn't good at rugby. I understand they are amazingly talented rugby players. But you need said rugby players do it for the love of the sport and not the money like footballers. I was saying that footballers only care more about money because they are usually working class when rugby players usually are wealthy so of course they don't desire money. I never once said they wasn't good at rugby did I? do you see what I meant now

    Firstly; I'm Canadian... not american
    And Secondly; my and your opinions are clearly different, most likely because of how we came to see rugby players. You clearly play the sport so I'm assuming you've made friends with one or two guys who play the sport. Obv you're not gunna chirp them, they're your friends. But every experience I've had with a hardcore athlete has been a negative one. We come from different lifestyles, and that gives them leverage to be dicks. So sorry if you're butthurt.

    its bang out of order for people like you to sit there and say rugby players do it for the love and footballers don't and footballers only care about money. maybe if the people who are into rugby bankers, politicians and generally the upper class start being fair and started giving money to the working class then footballers wouldn't need the money. rugby players don't care for money because they were born rich they don't need it, most privately educated. footballers are usually working class

  • @rcades1234
    @rcades1234 Před 11 lety

    mate you need to realise. nearly every good rugby player is from the upper class, privately educated and there either from old money or their dads work in banks. why would you give a shit bout money when you've never needed it. When footballers are usually working class and poorer so they need lots of money. so when all the rugby guys have their degrees, first house and jobs in banks. realise that the upper class epitomize greed, so in fact rugby players are greedy. fballers dont know better

    What the hell does rugby have to do with modesty?

  • @wannabeMLGpro

    Quit putting rugby players (and athletes in general) on a pedestal. Im not saying all players off the game are jerks -as with everything there are exceptions- but a lot of encounters I've had with jocks are less than favorable. There are some great players out there who are great people as well, but that's not to say that they all are... And just because you play rugby doesn't mean you're automatically a gentlemanly, kind, caring, and down to earth person.It means you like wrestling in the mud
