I have been buying them already roasted for a few months now and I grind them up with a motar and pestal. Not into a powder and then I add a little pink Himalayan salt and mix it up well and they are delicious. Plus the pink Himalayan salt is much better for you.

I started using pumpkin seeds about 15 years ago , following the instruction in a book of an American doctor , as follows :
Using 4 types of seeds : pumpkin seeds , flax seeds , sesame seeds and sunflower seeds .
Take 50 grams of each , grind each with coffee grinder , then mix them and fry , store them in a glass jar .
I put 2 tea spoons of it in a cup milk and drink in the breakfast . You can mix more tea spoons of it if you want .
Flax seeds help decrease cholesterol .
I’m 75 , I have blood test lately and the doctor told me the result via phone , He said “ I’m very surprise , at your age you have the number of young people “ . The number of glucose , cholesterol .
Of course I don’t eat much fat food , sugar .
