Oddly enough, I still have my Dayan Zhanchi 3x3 from years ago, and it's fast enough for me, and I like it; however, some of the newer cubes are impressive! These reviews are very helpful, since buying one that offers little benefit or is unstable would not be fun. Thank you for these reviews, and stay healthy!!!

High quality video as always! I’ve heard that the cube gets better than the MGC after around 500-1000 solves, which, let’s be real here, most of us are not gonna do.

I had a mgc with about 400 solve on it and i got the shadow v2 2 days ago even after 10 solves i find it better than the mgc
I love how he just gloss over the fact that he got Corona virus
I did too but it wasn’t a big deal nor did I really care so I get why he just glossed over it. It just seemed like I had a cold.

Me and my family have gotten lucky without the struggle of getting vivid we have been really careful
I had that issue, I fixed it by doing lots and lots of solves and lubing

I also have this puzzle, the v1, and the mgc and I 100% agree with your assessment. Get the MGC - it's loads cheaper and loads better. This cube just feels sluggish and catchy.
It's clearly a magic cube, as the popped blue piece apparently fixed itself with no action from you. ;)

I own this puzzle and find it to be infinitely better than the mgc. I hated the mgc and frankly 6x6 tech really needs to be solved more.

I found the mgc6 bad imo. Its good for its price but i like the shadow v2 a lot better. Mystic and weight 5 works wonders on the shadow v2.
