Great video! Enjoyed it immensely. I’ve ridden motorcycles for 40 plus years and am contemplating a Vespa. I currently own a VStrom and a 1977 BMW airhead. I’ve always worked on my own bikes and I do like the older bikes. I’m thinking about a two stroke manual Vespa. Could you suggest a year and model range to look at? Eventually some performance parts would be thought about. Any suggestions in what to look for would be greatly appreciated. Thank you again! Joe
These scooters' real value lies in their originality. Once one starts messing with the engine to make it faster, more powerful, or with the body to make it more modern, stylish, the pedigree goes down the drain and you only have a hybrid mongrel.
