Hi - I spent about two hours doing this and then once my company name and address weeerevall just right I went out of PRG and tried to print a till receipt which printed in big bold letter YOUR RECEIPT THANK YOU CALL AGAIN all of which I had already deleted - went back to settings and down to message settings and there were my name and address just as I had entered them - any ideas - no help in the manual or online

Btw - I have tried going to the links which were previously recommended here and all I get is a box with the following options: Reply, Like, Dislike, Report spam or Cancel

I just bought this machine and I've modified the logo text but can't find where to enable the logo ! it's only displaying the default logo "your ticket...". And can't find the video you're talking about at the beginning.

Hey, I tried it exactly like that, and it showed the correct text in the programming interface, but the receipt still came up with the standard message, is my machine defect?
