The story is like a combination of Disgrace of the LNER, A Part of Me that Stayed Behind, Tale of the Bad Engine (where Alfred is implied to be the namesake engine), the Tale of Timothy, and a bit of Caledonian Twins.
With Memories back,the pieces are back together but One Thing is certian Thomas, Edward, Henry and Gordon will see the Spirit of the Nameless Engine, 98462.
I wouldn't put it past Alfred (98462) considering that he tried to murder Henry and Gordon in Thomas1Edward2Henry3's universe and successfully murdered almost the entire NWR fleet in Sodor Dark Times. The scene where he pushed those tankers and vans is a good reference to Disgrace of the LNER, I would say.
