Beautiful video as always. Just one suggestion, not sure if you do it already. When you collect the cream from milk, you should add a spoonful of fresh dahi to the jar the first time. This will help in setting the dahi of the cream. Then keep on adding cream everyday. Then follow the process. This will yield into white butter and later authentic pure ghee, which is healthier. Without the addition of dahi, this is simply churned cream- hence the white foam when you put it to boil.

Nice house update! Looking forward to seeing you all in your new home. As regards the ghee, Diya you are quite an expert but I will still advise you to set the malai with some curd, before making the butter. Your ghee will not foam at all and besides it is the Satvik way. There is less residue too.
