Jas, don’t forget to ensure the legs of the couch touch the perimeter of the rug so swap out the small circular and get a larger one for the tv room. You should check out cb2, restoration hardware, z gallerie and similar stores for inspiration!!❤ I wouldn’t put marble everywhere. Your right- too much. I love the fireplace and BLACK rails!! Yes!! Take your time hanging stuff- I know I messed up my walls hanging stuff before i found my style. I went from glam- not cozy but now modern minimalist clean look- restoration hardware look.

Great job I agree with the contractors that using smaller tile would have looked just as nice, but those stairs really look good with the white walls and the chandler. Its going to be a masterpiece when its all said and done.

The first owner took very good care of the house. It was really nice and I could see the potential in it as well from the photo. Beautiful renovations so far though. I'm loving the appliances. Lol it's true the older one gets, you'll be into appliances and flooring, and yard work. 🤣 it's a beautiful thing and I'm happy to be on this journey with you two! 💛

The contractor’s person kept failing the inspections. We finally passed and hope to have the basement finished within the month. We only have to complete the kitchen in the basement. Then we can tackle all this cherrywood hardwood flooring on our main floor.
