You know I have been watching your videos for some time. The best cheese is mozzarella, but only if you get the real good, expensive stuff. The mid-tier mozzarella that you get at the grocery store is too bland and flavorless. If we're talking "standard quality" cheeses, then I agree that Swiss is the best. It has a strong enough flavor that it still tastes great even with middling quality. But I promise you that if you ever get the chance to try *good* mozzarella, it'll be the best thing you ever eat.
