Eargasm plugs are your friend, they filter out some of the bad noise. Can still hear things crystal clear. If you go to a lot of shows, I highly recommend them. I was at Wage War the day after this show, and my ears felt perfectly fine after both shows.

@@jjjjjjjjjjjhjjjjjhjj those ones are reusable and like 30 bucks or something like that on Amazon I think. They take some getting used to, but it’s worth saving your hearing. I wish I started using them sooner.
Marcus did a great job
I love this band and I love Marcus but he was struggling here. No doubt he’ll become much tighter live though
this seemed like the only song he was struggling but still great tho!

Its the first time he performed it. Id say give him some time to practiced it more.
It’s hard to scream into the mic and sing back and forth for a full set man. He’ll get better overtime but he’s human. He’s not always gonna sing perfectly every time he performs.

Marcus BLOWS live and it’s just a fact but they are an insanely good studio band.
As a singer (that did choir for 7 years and extreme vocals for around 2), the fact he hit that falsetto in the last pre-chorus SPOT ON after screaming for the whole song makes me think the exact opposite to be honest.

He’s hitting almost every note. Maybe the backing track is covering up flaws and there are certain parts that are unrealistic to replicate in a live setting .
a lot of that is to do with they havent played any of these songs live for that long, this is what like the 3rd time for most of these. The rest has been in the studio with perfect conditions. Watch him do stuff from greyview that they have mastered. Give him a couple more shows and he'll do that shit just fine. It wouldnt be that good if people werent pushing themselves to get better. Also there are a ton of harmonies and shit on the album that you just cant do with only 1 marcus live lol

As a fan of Currents & Invent Animate, we needa stop this 1v1 band malarkey man. We got 2 incredible albums from both bands, appreciate the music, we're lucky to have both of em.
2 of the best modern metal live performances. Marcus is great here
