The atmosphere in a Stoke end is one you will only find in a handful of clubs nowadays, which I respect, but there isn't any fucking chance of finding that at United or Arsenal ect...
went to birmingham tuesday with the mk dons and the birmingham fans were so quiet i thought some one had died, dons took 1150 fans and out sang birmingham all game even when we went down 3-0 in 4 mins.
English fans are going down the pan. I'm Forest and our support is nowhere near what it used to be. A few short years back we made great noise home and away. At the City Ground, they've killed off the A Block with stewarding where all the noisy, die-hard supporters were. All this 'family' bullshit

Infact " down with the pompey" is to the tune of a spanish nursery ryhme. Fans adopt chants and sing them, thats just how football works now.
The ground was nowhere near as loud as it used to be last season. we're still loyal and passionate though.. 37,000 in a championship game and 42,000 expected against Sheffield Wed tomorrow, says it all really

yes ok we had lower attendances in the championship but having nothing but relegation and cup runs ended in the first round we didnt have much celebrate about so 16k dont sound too bad...no team sits in football wilderness for 25 years and has 20+ attendances FACT Loudest fans and will be next year..WE ARE STAYING UP

everton only got the bottom end of the stand we always normally take 7 - 8 thousend. ive got kopite mates and they say r support is good and they travel home away and go to europe so lets be honest lad we have got one of the best away supports going always sell out

@stokeyoungcasual I'm glad we reduced them, I love it when away teams bring loads because it brings out the atmosphere from us aswell. A really tough game I thought, I know we ended up winning it but it was a crazy end that! Hope you weren't one of the nobs trying to invade our end after we won it!
@uregameguy United hardcore are a different class support. Stoke have only shown any sort of passion since they got promoted. Before then they were lucky to take more than 50 travelling fans away them. Enjoy your time in the big league. It'll be short lived and you'll soon be back where you belong.
