What is wrong with HP. Batteries ran out on the keyboard, and that pretty much was the end. I could never get it to resync, despite trying EVERYTHING that the help and videos showed. Back to a hard wired keyboard. Already went back to the wired mouse since I was tired of the pointer jumping around.
What if I don't have a button on my USB?? My keyboard is not connecting, new batteries and I've switched different USB ports... my mouse is working. Pleaseee help. Ive also had this happen before and I fixed it somehow but I forgot how I did it.~_~

If you are using the mouse or keyboard around large metal surfaces, move the receiver, mouse, and keyboard to a new location, away from the metal surface.
