Watching those classic Indy and CART cars and then watching the main event might feel a bit anti-climactic. Nothing like the sound of 90’s CART cars!

Compared with F1 is really embarassing. I think Indy cars need to be less heavy and with modern engines.. .Or just run on only ovals
This video was posted to share the sounds of these great cars. I'm not saying anything about how quickly they accelerate.
I think Indy cars with their 2.65L turbo V8s sound better than F1 cars. This is all subjective of course. My favorite F1 engine sound is the V10 era.
You know these are historic indycars being driven around as show for the fans. None of those drivers are pushing hard because these classics are worth a lot and there's no race and no winner. Yeah they're slow in this video... that's kinda the point.
ANY EV has quicker acceleration than these cars.

Indy car is 3.4 seconds.
