    Do you feel like ProClick (or Discbound) could be good options for an elementary student who might be adding a page daily to a binder? Or what would you suggest?

      I think Discbound would be a bit too bulky for an elementary student. If you’re adding pages every day, then a binder may actually be the easiest to manage.
      I love ProClick, but the spines may start to break with daily unsnapping and snapping. If you could lean toward adding multiple pages at the beginning or end of each week, then ProClick could also be a great option. You’ll just want to note how many pages you can hold per spine to see if it would be a good fit for your purposes. Hope this helps! â˜ș

    Homeschool school mom here!
    I am homeschooling 4, 8, 12 and eventually my 4 month old. I want to re use the many workbooks i have over again so thinking of tearing them apart, making copies and rebounding them with discs so my kids each have their own workbooks. I hate ring binders, such a waist, and always end up breaking.
    Disc bounding seems to be most practical and effectient. What are your thoughts on my idea? And cons i need to know about?

      @@lillyflo5 hi! I think discs are great, but they may be a bit much for little ones. Depending on the quality of the discs, they may be a bit more prone to breakage and/or they may get in the way. I do love the ease of adding in pages, though, so it could definitely work with older children.
      For student workbooks, I personally found the ProClick system or the comb-binding system a bit easier to manage.
      Hope you find the perfect fit for your family!

      @nurturingconnectionshomeschool Thank you so much for responding! Looking into the proclick! But what good quality discs do you recommend? I only have the we r makers multi cinch tool and find that brand of discs has been a pain. So looking to see what other brands they are compatible with. Disc bound discs is all new to me. 😆

      @@lillyflo5 I bought Talia discs, but they crack every now and then when I put my planner in a bag with other stuff. I just bought an extra set and swap out when needed. It hasn’t been too bad, but I’m sure there are better ones out there. Metal ones should be more durable. I was just hooked on pink and stuck with them. â˜ș

    Do you print new weekly planning sheets each week and add them in as you go?

    • @nurturingconnectionshomeschool
      @nurturingconnectionshomeschool  Pƙed 3 měsĂci

      In the little years, I stuck with 1-2 weeks at a time. This kept us on track but gave us the flexibility to add in seasonal activities, play dates, field trips, etc.

      @@nurturingconnectionshomeschool Makes sense! Do you just print more of the planning sheets from the PDF as you go? The document only contains one of each type and a blank so im wondering logistics on how to use throughout the year and the easiest way to do it

      @@luccalele9740 now that my kids are older, I print about 6 copies of the same page at a time for each term. Before, I would just print each week. Hope that helps. â˜ș
