- Both BMW M3s go stage 2 with the blue BMW F80 M3 going Stage 2 through VF Engineering and the yellow F80 M3 going stage 2 through a custom Bootmod3 tune! We tune and take the cars out for the first time after the new stage 2 tunes to see how they feel. As well as the blue f80 m3 getting a VF Engineering Stage 2 tune it receives the DCT tune.

After I tuned to the GTS tune it made the more controllable and like you said it pulls harder and grips better rather than the rear end being all wild

hey guys great video by the way. I just want to ask did you change or upgrade your down pipes, mid pipes, exhaust, charge pipes? and as I noticed you did not change or upgrade your air to water intercooler/charger, why is that? I really thought you must change those oem intercoolers?

one of my buddies got a m4 and he ust did the crank fix and is running full Corn but he keeps having misfire , he is trying to figure it out with tuning currently! these cars look great!

I’ve been told from a reliable source, you really don’t need to worry about it that much under the 600whp range. Also, just be smart about how you get on the power and by all means don’t use kick down.
@@jordanhook8484 stupid how bmw put the kickdown if it was not meant to be used ! I am doing stage 1 and i am doing crank bolt capture just in case!

I heard that even stock the kick down can spin the crank hub. I have one F80 and makes me sad that bmw knows about this and never did anything about it. Porsche 991.1 gt3 gave many engine failure, they simply extended the warranty for 10 years and basically everyone that experienced that problem got covered. Bmw m performance cars are advertised by bmw to be taken to the limit, they even have youtube videos explaining how to drift, use launch mode and shit…. Maybe I should trade for a tesla, and live in a fantasy world where we all eat salads and think that electricity comes from farts and wind!
Charge pipes.... the quickest way to get scammed a few hundred dollars, they are completely unnecessary unless you are massively upgrading your turbo
thats not true the stock chargepipes on these suck. they crack after about 30k miles of stock driving, happens to 99% of f80 m3's. the chargepipe upgrade for these are a must.
chargepipes aren't even that expensive and can save you from going limp mode
