Awesome question! There are a few resources available depending on where you register your business. Municipal licensing is important for in person businesses and you can learn more about one in Toronto here: www.toronto.ca/business-economy/new-businesses-startups/business-regulations/ If you visit the Canadian gov website, you will be able to find the resource for your city there.

Hi, thank you for the video and for taking the time to explain everything. Really appreciate it. I have 2 questions; 1. Does OWNR advise you if there is anything missing after registration, such as documents or when to do the renewal as a sole proprietorship 2? Is a license required in Quebec for a cleaning business? Thanks 😊

I registered as a Sole Proprietorship with Ownr just recently and received my business number 2 days ago. I am just watching the video and you mentioned my registration number. I have my business number, but can you let me know where I can access my registration number. Thanks
