I've been bedridden for over a year now from multiple sclerosis, I purchased a new adjustable bed and mattress for it separately. The bed did not match the description, not even close. I paid twice as much as any other adjustable bed because of the claims the seller made, they wanted $260 to return it, but I can get no refund on the mattress and all the other accessories I purchased. Even if I could afford to take the hit for $260 I cannot return it, BECAUSE I'M STUCK IN MY FUCKING BED. I used to purchase everything through Amazon, now I purchased nothing. I'm going to cancel prime too. I'm going to spread the word to anything with ears.
