3/10 the effects are about the only good thing here. There's not a lot of this movie that makes sense or goes beyond expectation. This movie is such a one off and has barely anything memorable about it. It's so so writing with so so dialog. It's not terrible... But certainly not good lol

Honestly, the second half of Handcock was so out of place. They could have just kept things up with the first half and I would have loved it.
