Yes I do! It’s $75 an hour for one on one sessions, discounts on packages. I normally start it off with a quick call just to make sure we’re compatible - that you like me and my methods, and to make sure I can help you with what you’re specifically experiencing. My sessions are a hybrid between a psychic reading and a counseling session - because if you are going through something you don’t understand or need a breakthrough, that’s where the psychic aspect comes in - so that I can give you answers, or channel messages from source for you. And then there’s the traditional “talk therapy” aspect, we can incorporate meditations in if you want, etc. Whatever you need and prefer, we build the session around that. Why is this so much easier said then done.. I can feel my whole body just want to scream none of this true, but I know in my heart it is and that I do deserve, regardless of the negativity I have participated in this lifetime or another.. I think I must be struggling to forgive myself but I can't even see what is being presented to forgive.. makes me feel more lost then found

For more extreme feelings - I recommend more extreme or “dramatic” spiritual work. I share my gentler methods on here - but sometimes we need something that’s really going to scrub the soul clean right? The ego dying is PAINFUL sometimes, it’s INTENSE, so sometimes we need spiritual work that matches the intensity. So for example, in a meditative state, begin to imagine a beautiful serene place that is just yours in the spiritual realm, somewhere you can always go to do this kind of inner work - some sort of beautiful place in nature, where you can release energy to Mother Earth to be transmuted. So once you create this place in your mind, imagine yourself there - and begin to feel into these strong intense feelings. No need to label them or understand them quite yet. And I have a few methods from this place
1) Purging and Releasing - crying, screaming (inside your mind) because in this place you can cry and scream as loud as you want with no one hearing. If you’re comfortable with it, some people imagine physical purging and releasing, such as vomiting out very intense energy - feeling into where these feelings are in your body and just imagining purging them from your body. I know it can sound weird or gross, but when you’re feeling something very painful or intense it’s a good way to match the energy.
2) This is a method I’m hesitant to share in case people are put off by the intensity of it lol. You’re in this spiritual landscape that’s all your own - if you are struggling to forgive yourself for past actions this lifetime or another, you can imagine physically shedding a layer of yourself and laying it to rest, digging a grave and pulling energy off/out of you or pulling an old version of you off of you, almost like pulling off old layers of you you no longer align or identify with so the new you has a chance to breathe and emerge. And then bury these old parts of you in the ground. Allow yourself to separate the you you used to be versus the you you are now. And with that separation you can have a conversation with that old you and observe what’s changed and why, or even forgive them for their choices and actions. Ho’oponopono - I love you, thank you, I forgive, I’m sorry. But I normally extend it to include phrases like I honor you, I see you, you were only doing what you knew to do at that time with your conditioning and we outgrew that and that’s fine and I love you for YOU regardless because you are a divine soul.

I am not afraid.. just really lack in guidance or time to take classes.. being a single mom of two young boys and a massage therapist and trying to learn astrology through an online course, which is also helping me understand and identify or at least recognize the layers.. I severely struggle with memorization so I feel it takes a bit more for me to really grasp things. I am so beyond grateful for you taking the time to explain all this for me and I am going to do it! I will do this meditation today and use it as often as I feel I need it through this epic adventure of finally freeing myself of the chains and cages AA Michael has been explaining he's unlocked only for me to set myself free and step out of that has been known and familiar.. no one said this would be easy nor that growth comes through being comfortable, WHAT AN HONOR 🙏🫂
A single mom of two boys and one of them is a Scorpio haha, I can see why you’re strong and why nothing grossed you out!! Lol. I didn’t take nearly any courses in my journey the way it went… so you don’t have to by any means. Gaia was a great source of wisdom for me early on when I needed it - and I think most of us are there with you on the memorization thing lol, that’s why I would always do journal entries and date them and every once and a while when you have time, come back to them and reread your entries to remember forgotten knowledge, and or reflect on how your life has changed.
One message that came through to me was that you have a very strong, deep, ceremonial energy. Especially as a parent to a Scorpio, it symbolically represents an energy of strength, being unafraid of the dark, the depths of the mind and soul. I can see you being a strong leader in a ceremony setting one day, that because of those aspects of facing the dark/unknown/depths - that you are unafraid of that in others and can help. I don’t know why, but I get the feeling you did similar work in a past life, I keep getting the vibes of an ayuahasca ceremony leader/facilitator. You’ve definitely got some powerful past lives to tap into. So exciting!!!
