For barber shop mirrors, u can use banners
For the herbalist's interior, you can place saplings inside the flower pots to look more "herb-like." You can also use ferns and azalea trees, but they may look out of place.
Kinda missed an opportunity for a trap door behind the barber chair for a fun sweeney todd refrence

You should add a big castle up on the hill. It would look great and add to the medieval theme.
I absolutely love the fact that you build and detail everything live with us without planning everything before!
Just a suggestion, and an easy one at that........Convert one of the lower level trading stalls into a covered wagon. Think.......Gypsy or Wondering Trader style. It shows that your village is connected to the bigger world, by people that travel. Inns, pubs and hotels are also easy to make in Medieval cities as well.

I think a trading district on the hill is kind of silly. A trading district thrives through easy access.
For the firewood building 23:20 , u can make them banners or just add banners on top of them and for the barber shop 17:54, u can make a banner look like a mirror and i think it will look nice if u also add shears in item frames
U can also get a texture that turns items frames invisible

You should put a 'washer' like a cauldron with a bucket of water ?
for the traiding stalls you could use banners instead of the hanging wool
Put down item frames on tables an such with items in them as if they were sitting there
Maybe you should do a church building at the end of your village. It could be a little bigger than the other buildings.❤😁
For sure having the capstone should maybe be like a castle/palace from which you rule the city would be neat. Also if it's close enough docksides are always cool.

Sup gamer the buildings look great, genuine tip would be to do a floor/ground texture for each building. Just grass and paths is making them look separated and too clean.

For the barber tent add glowing frames for mirrors, add sheers on frames on the table, and add a water cauldron.
For the apothecary add some glowing frames with potions on the walls, and table, and a lit camp fire.
I would love to see some elevations in the city too, like how @lowresbones did to his Barebone series.

You should fill in the gaps with more homes, then maybe add a Medieval castle, maybe the second style the normans used in England
You can add the banner in the small shop's
LAPTOP: item frame on a desk, place a sign in the frame upside-down for the "keyboard" ... for the "screen" use a small picture.
If it's in an open area on a desk in the middle of the room, place a trap door as the back of the laptop screen then place a picture on the other side.
fun fact: sir names/ last names originated from job occupations. that's why plenty of people are named smith, mason, etc
I feel like the trading district and the industrial district could use some wheelbarrows and/or wagons full of goods like hay bales, wool blocks, stripped logs, etc.

Hey disruptive! You can make a banner with the outside border being yellow and the inside being a light blue to make it look like a mirror! Hope it helped!

I would put lecterns or brewing stands in the apothecary and herbalist to have those types of villagers present. Not sure if you were planning to populate your village or not.
Why not build a stables and get a horse to make going back and forth easier? A stables should fit in well with the medieval style you're going for

Edit: Perhaps placing podzol, coarse dirt, or rooted dirt beneath the herbalists garden might be a good idea.
