Jack and the beanstalk ( short story )

Once there was a boy named Jack and his mom. They were very poor. They had a cow, but it stopped giving milk. Jack's mom told him to sell the cow at the market. On the way, Jack met an old man who gave him magic beans for the cow.
Jack's mom was angry and threw the beans out the window. But overnight, a huge beanstalk grew from the beans, reaching the sky. Jack climbed it and found a castle in the clouds.
In the castle, there was a giant who had lots of treasure. Jack took some and ran away. He went back a few times, stealing more. But one day, the giant saw him and chased him.
Jack chopped down the beanstalk, and the giant fell and got defeated. Jack and his mom lived happily ever after with the treasure.

Good to see your comment. Learning English can be done in several ways. Reading or listening to English stories is an effective way. It helps you to listen to English, learn new words , and recognize the English structure . I will post new videos on different levels . But if you don't want to watch and see what I present is boring you can find many videos on other accounts on CZcams. Maybe you will like them. Thanks !
