- Hi Beauties! I cannot believe it has been over 3 years since I started this journey. Thank you so much for growing and sharing with me. Today I'm reviewing the last few years of my journey and sharing things I enjoyed and some things I'd change... while retightening the last section of my hair. We will even take a look at what my hair looked like immediately before starting this loc journey. Thank you for coming along on this journey with me! I'm sending you and your lovely locs love!

I've seen a lot of gorgeous micro locs, but yours look the softest and most hydrated to me. Very inspirational and informative, thanks for posting.
Thank you so much for your supportive words! I'm so happy to share
I love to retie mine also. I get weird looks when I say that out loud so it's nice to hear someone else who does also. Your locs are still beautiful as always
Thank you gorgeous 😊. Right, it sounds so strange to say it out loud. but I'm glad I'm not the only one who enjoys the reties
I love your locs
Thank you for sharing! I'm coming up on my 2 year anniversary and have loved every minute. I also self maintain and was very much a diy loose natural so it has not been an issue for me and like you said, it's therapeutic. 😊
Look at us 😁! Isn't it therapeutic?! That's the right word for it. Diy loose naturals get some transferable skills for the loc journey. Thank you for sharing love!
Your locs are beautiful! I love your videos!
Thank you beautiful 😍!!
Gorgeous locs 😍 ✨️
😊 thank you love!!!
Looooooove ur videos. I'm still yet to loc mine. Started the process and ended up undoing it cause they weren't parted the way I wanted
Thank you beautiful 😍! Yes take your time. I started my locs once before, just a few, and they were too big. I waited a year before figuring it all out. Take your time and get it just right. Sending love!!
Beautiful!!!
So are yours! Thank you love!
@@the4ceer806 you’re welcome and thank you so much!
Wow so pretty 😍.
Thank you love!!
I love your locs! I love your frames too. Where are they from?
Update please?
How do you keep your ends loose ? I keep getting little balls or buds at the end of mine. My locs are about the same size as yours, I probably have 800 or more locs.
Also, how do you deal with fluff or buildup in the locs ?
I was wondering if you had lint. I don’t have that issue yet at 2 years in. I wonder if that problem has to do with using a lot of products? Because I only spray and oil my scalp.
That's an amazing point. Lint has not been an issue for me. But I also only use 1 or 2 products in my locs and sparingly. I might see a small piece here and there, but it's rare. I think you are onto something!
Can they slide out when they are interlocked?
One day I will retie my own roots but I’m a newbie.
Take your time! Build that confidence lovely. I installed my brother's locks over a year ago, he just did his first retie alone . Let me know when you do so I can celebrate 🍾
Your locs are absolutely gorgeous. After being quoted 10K for tiny locs, what mad you decide to take on the task your self. What type of research did you do. I wish I had done something similar I currently have microlocs, but I always wanted them smaller. I have think hair as well.
Your locs are so lovely! Thank you gorgeous 😍. I really wanted these locs, so after getting quoted so much I started looking up tiny locs to see what I could find. I found a few creators with similar sizes and started preparing. I'll do a separate video on all the steps I took before locking my hair. Sending love!
Beautiful!! My goodness!! How many locs do you have???
Thank you lovely! 750 😊
@@the4ceer806 OMG!!🤪😄
It seems you no longer use a 2-point rotation, if not, why did you change?
How do you keep your ends open ? Mine are starting to close
Hey love! I use a push pin, and when I'm retightening, if I see a lock closing, I just pick out the end. Keeping my ends stretched also helps.
Did I hear right, $10,000 to start?!😮
Yes love, it was wild. My cousin got normal sized sisterlocs and hers were 6k
Well, golly! Your locs are gorgeous and I want to restart mine! I have no business having 700+ locs though 🥲🤣.
😂🤣 well thank you lovely! Trust me I get it. And thanks for that little laugh you just gave me.
