I don't know much about him from the Comics. I watched all of arrow but I don't remember much from the first few seasons since I've watched it a few years ago since merlyn was the main villain of the earlier seasons

Merlyn defintly Count Vertigo alright but he far from a favorite of mine.
Some are pretty good, but the top three are Prometheus, Count Vertigo, and Merlyn
