This is the time of year where you get to see the plants structure and the fruits from the following year. We will be looking at some in pots and in the ground and talk about useable parts for bonsai trees. This video will be in conjunction of a series where we will dive deeper into persimmon species. Glad it was helpful!
Love that tree!
I do too! Well too much.
👍👌
Thank you for watching
can they root from cuttings?
I hear you can. But I have no experience with cuttings on persimmon as root cuttings are guaranteed
What did you fertilize (brand) the persimmon with and what exactly is light.
I use a Gro Power Fertilizer 12-8-8 slow release as their company is just down the street from where I used to live. Roughly, teaspoon per pot. I fertilize pretty heavy; I should make a fertilizer video soon.
So i get it second year wood. No wonder I’ve only had half a dozen fruit. Pruned back last season quite hard and must have cut all the good bits off as well 😄😄😄🦘🇦🇺
Cheers!
