  • SIP in Mutual Funds for Zero Interest Home Loan
Investing in Equity Funds through SIP is one of the best ways of building wealth in the long run. However, SIP in Equity Funds can also help you get a home loan interest-free. If you take a home loan you will incur a huge interest payment across its tenure. You may not feel this amount flowing out of your bank account as you may be able to easily handle the monthly home loan EMIs. However, the fact remains that you are paying a lot of interest to the bank on your home loan. You could start an SIP in Equity Funds with just 0.1% of the Home Loan Amount at the same time you avail the home loan. You will get a sizable corpus from your Equity Funds at the end of the Home Loan Tenure which will be higher than the total home loan interest payments. This helps you get the home loan at zero interest.

Madam, Your explanations are very good....but request you to share deep knowledge.....as now a days every one is advising only....not by genuine heart.... As everyone says....ye stock Lelo..... MFs Sahi hai....LIC me invest karo....invest in ULIP .etc...But no body tells dark side of them.... As a innocent investors loss hard earned money....with very less returns in hands...hence please share good genuine advise for betterment of Average family earner....and for safe investment....Thank You....

Do the following. 1)term insurance only 2)emergency fund for 1 year. 3)ppf for fixed income 4)simple index fund for long term goals above 5 years minimum. That’s all.

    1. 15% return on average is not guaranteed considering current market.
    2. LTCG tax 10 percent
    3. Mutual fund expenses ratio
    4. Emi + SIP ka monthly load
    5. If possession is in future then EMI + SIP + current house rental
    😅😅😅

While this is a quality content I feel not hinting towards LTCG #taxes on the corpus generated over 20 years reducing the 1 cr is sort of misleading. I hope we atleast indicate that final corpus is subject to taxes so people are aware this is not entirely tax free. Thanks for the content!

Return on sip is taxable. Please explain how to save from tax. U can get income tax rebate over interest paid.

I think we should focus on cutting down of tenure period rather than income generation.
Cause 20 years of stress can take your happiness...and it doesn't make sense earning in the age of where we are dying.
happiness and stress free life is more important than gaining income or wealth.

When we pay EMI we pay at higher purchasing power. When we get we get at lower purchasing power. Basically approx 3x lower than the interest paid.

Assuming investment tenure of more than 12 to 15 years and having multiple goals like buying home, children education etc.
Is it good have seperate mutual funds for each specific goal or 2 - 3 mutual fund for all the goals.

No it's not good investing variety of mutual funds because all mutual funds maximum companies are same which comes under Nifty index so if you investing different mutual funds your just paying expense ratio for your investment at the end your expenses ratio will eat your wealth so better to choose any one Index fund and start your investment Index fund given 14 to 16% ROI based on past history

Sip market ke risk par hota hai. Ye kam bhi ho sakta hai agar ek service man ke pass itna hi paisa hota to ushi loan ko kiyu na pay kare jo 9 percentage ka rate lagta hai. Aur compund interest me hota hai.

This is the most stupid suggestion I ever came across. Home loan ka interest recover karne ke liye kahi aur paise do ye kaha ka logic hua ? Interest kaise recover hua ? Wo to waise bhi bank ko gaya hi. Home loan ka rate of interest over period of 15 to 20 years same nahi rahega. Konsa mutual fund 15% return deta hai ? aur wo kaise choose kare ? kon batayga ? Mutual fund fees and taxes deduction ke baad effective return kitna hoga ? Don't presume mutual funds as some sort of money recovery plan, it is an investment option. Aaj kal har kisi ko CZcams pe aa ke financial advisor banna hai. Har so called CZcams financial advisor ke videos me same content, kisi ke pass pehle kisi ke pass baadme. Research for these things on your own.
