Best of luck ! Thank you for all the great modifications, they have helped us on our 32rlts. I can't believe after all the awsome work that you did to the trailer you are getting rid of her. 😢
Thank you. Yes, I really liked the Pinnacle a lot. They get so many things right in terms of features and quality. The biggest weakness in my opinion was the warranty/customer service...it was rough and I'm trying to be gracious. Here's my 2-year owner review: czcams.com/video/y9v5htlak3U/video.html
Wow! Good luck! I’ve enjoyed the mods and have incorporated MANY of your mods into my 37MDQS. I did not see a video on your interior step mod. My steps are peeling as you described. How did you remove them? What wood/stain, etc did you use a replacement. Did you route the wood yourself?
Thank you, appreciate that! I really will miss the 37MDQS. I never did a full video on the step mod, but captured some in a short one here: czcams.com/users/shortshaJxJSJLbS4 I did route by hand using a spacer/guide clamped down and VERY carefully started and stopped. I practiced first on some scraps to get the technique down. Had to buy a $15 router bit, but otherwise just a lot of time involved to make it turn out right. I doubled up on the lip to make it look thicker/beefier like OEM. Definitely worth it though not to have to worry about replacements failing again.
Good luck with the sale bud..question for ya..I just installed 5 gallon fresh water system and it is noisy due to pump vibration I'm assuming..how did you silence that .also after installing I realized that the water may get hot in bay..is that a issue for you?
Thank you, appreciate that. Yes, it was OBNOXIOUSLY loud from factory. I did a number of things, each kinda helped knock down the noise: 1) isolation pad underneath pump, 2) flex hoses attached to pump on in and out, 3) wrapped 1/4" tubing in pipe insulation as far as I could reach, mainly on out 4) later I swapped pump for Kohree...now it is almost non-existent on the sound. Here are the 2x videos with more details: czcams.com/video/YSlJXLKExOo/video.html czcams.com/video/N9_ZLsyuSRk/video.html And the parts I used... Shurflo Silencer Kit amzn.to/34IO1BS Adhesive Felt Tape amzn.to/3rClffk Isolator Pads amzn.to/3skF0qM Pipe Foam Insulation (probably more affordable at your local home center/hardware store) amzn.to/3oVUAIT Kohree 3.5 GPM 55 PSI Water Pump amzn.to/3yp8oQh
