I actually found the character chemistry here a lot better than in the films, props to the lego version by making me love these characters more, also by bringing back Kelly for Rose as an actual character.

To be honest, lego media is something else, and in a really good way. Lego movies and games can be incredibly silly, or deeply serious. Or make something serious into something nonsensical, and/or vice versa.

And we find out it wasn't actually Hamill, but a synthesizer, so they are correct you can't have Hamill play a young Luke. Also fun fact they did get Hamill to play a young Luke in one of the Forces of Destiny shorts and he sounded pretty bad in my opinion.

It pains me that the only major character who didn't show up was... Padme
Yeah, with the exception of two books, it kind of feels like Disney Star Wars has forgotten about Padme and focused on pushing Ahsoka as the female protagonist of the prequel era.

I personally enjoy watching the LEGO Star Wars specials and series for the humor and the action, but I also love that they introduce their own original characters like JEK-14 and Rowan Freemaker. It's almost like a LEGO version of Legends. I hope that people who watch this special start to take an interest in the other specials and series!

Tip yip is more like a Turkey/chicken mix. They sell it at Disneyland as “Fried Endorian tip tip”. Irl it’s just a rectangle piece of breaded chicken

I've been looking forward to this. I enjoyed the SHIT out of this special(seeing the Child, Lumpy, Chewie's wife also Rose Tico.....voiced by Kelly with more lines than Rise). Also CW appearances by Tom Kane, Matt Lanter, JAT and Dee Bradley Baker. I loved the 2 nods to Robot Chicken
Aj Locascio is brilliant as both Hans. His first ever voice acting role was as Marty McFly in the Tell Tail games.

Hilarious how Rose got more screentime in this than ROS
All the flashback scenes gave me so much life!!! Especially Prequel Obi-Wan and Anakin and Episode 6 Vader!! So silly and fun and worth the watch.

My expectations were luke warm and I was very, very happily surprised
I forget when, but you can actually hear lumpy make that weird noise that Calvin makes fun of, though it’s in the background.
This special gave me something I wanted from episode 9. Rey struggling to teach because she's The Last Jedi. Because Force Ghosts don't seem to really train Force sensitive people on their own so Rey having to teach when even she doesn't fully understand the Force yet would've had some potential.
A Thanksgiving surprise to be sure, but a welcomed one

Hi guys. Jefferson Starship was the last iteration of the musical group Jefferson Airplane when they tried to rebrand themselves in the late 70’s/80’s. JA was very psychedelic rock coming out of the 60’s and had some iconic music from that time. They disbanded after the 80’s, I think. 2 famous songs of theirs you’ve probably heard-“White Rabbit” and “Somebody to Love.” Happy Thanksgiving :)
Um, they just renamed themselves Starship in the 80's and had 3 more hit songs "Sara", "We Built This City", and "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us" from the movie Mannequin.
I wish I like star wars a bit more, but at the same time, this was still fun, and the reaction did make it better too.
Have none of you seen any of the other Lego Star Wars series? They're much better than you'd think. The jokes are clever for adults who love Star Wars and the visuals are shiny to hold a child's attention.
