- Krav Maga (hebr. קרב מגע „Kontaktkampf“) ist ein israelisches, modernes, eklektisches Selbstverteidigungssystem, das bevorzugt Schlag- und Tritttechniken nutzt, aber auch Grifftechniken, Hebel und Bodenkampf beinhaltet.
Für mich eines der besten Selbstverteidigungs-Systeme die es gibt!

I love Krav Maga but I take BJJ and Mauy Thai classes separately from the KM in order to get better at grappelling and striking. Not saying they are better than KM just saying if you chose to learn Krav Maga learn a striking art and a grappelling.

DerXanotosTypie they do bad attacks on purpose. They aim at the air not the person like they are supposed to. They obviously would stop the strike for the demo but they wouldn't need to since they won't b even hit anyone. Also throwing the cross when you jab got parried. No one is gonna throw the cross if the jab was best. They give their arms unrealistic to let then get the counter again. Then you have people going to the ground on purpose which is completely stupid. Watch it again just slow or pause it. Krav has good idea but they are trained bad.
